How are other therapists finding bookings at the moment?

Hi everyone,

I'm a female massage therapist in London, and I'm curious how others are doing with bookings and rates lately.

I've noticed that some clients are happy to pay for a good massage, while others seem to expect an hour's treatment for next to nothing. By the time you factor in oils, laundry, room costs and everything else, there's not always as much left as people think.

I'm also wondering where everyone is finding new clients these days. Is it mostly word of mouth, Google, social media or massage websites? I've tried a few different things, but some seem to take more time than they're worth.

For those working independently, have you increased your rates recently, or are you keeping them the same to stay competitive?

Would be interesting to hear how other therapists in London are managing things.
